Be My Guest was founded by Sandra Demilio in 2002. She studied with The ACFEF Culinary Apprenticeship, which requires over two years of training, and gained experience in several top Washington, DC restaurants.

Upon graduation she worked as a sous chef in the dining room at National Geographic. It was later that she realized what she enjoyed most about food was the way it could transform even the simplest of events into something special. Be My Guest caters events of all types and sizes and Sandra's years of experience have made her an expert at coming up with just the right menu and finishing touches for your special event.
